This website, www.geekpouches.com (the “Website”), is available for purchases by consumers aged 21 years or older residing in the USA. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully as they govern your purchase from GeekPouches and include important information about limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Terms. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
GeekPouches reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply to orders placed after the update.
Ordering Products
GeekPouches offers products on the Website which may vary slightly from images shown. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and have a valid delivery address within the USA.
We may limit the quantity of products per customer and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. A purchase agreement is formed once payment is accepted, order confirmed via email, and products dispatched.
Age Verification and Prevention of Youth Access
A strict minimum age of 21 years is enforced to comply with legal requirements. Age verification is done via a third-party service (Agechecker). If verification cannot be completed, you must provide valid government ID. Orders failing verification or suspected of fraud may be denied or canceled. Unauthorized use of another person’s identity will be reported to authorities.

We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability on the Website. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the item received.
Price and Payment
Prices displayed prior to checkout are base prices; applicable taxes, fees (including adult signature requirement fees and shipping), and discounts apply. All costs are in USD.
At checkout, delivery options and associated costs will be calculated. We accept payments via debit or credit cards through major processors. By using a payment method, you represent you have authorization to do so. Orders may be suspended or canceled if payment verification fails.
Shipping
Due to state regulations, shipping is not available to all US states. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched. Certain states require adult signature upon delivery; carriers will attempt delivery up to three times. Packages not redeemed will be returned at your expense.
Returns
Due to product freshness and shelf life, returns are not accepted. If a product is defective upon delivery, notify customer service within 10 days with proof of defect and retain original packaging. Remedies may include replacement, refund, or price adjustment. Liability beyond product cost is excluded.
Title to products transfers upon shipment; we are not responsible for shipping delays. Report shipment damages promptly with photographic evidence and purchase proof.
Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to legal changes, strikes, war, natural disasters, or epidemics. If such force majeure lasts more than 2 months, either party may cancel the purchase immediately.

By submitting reviews, you grant GeekPouches the right to publish them on our Website and other channels. We reserve the right to remove or decline publication.
